Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth by positioning the business to exceed current targets.
- Provide strategic direction and focus on the sales team, identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them.
- Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses of customers to drive digital transformation.
- Collaborate with key teams including Field Marketing, Product marketing, Sales Programmes, Sales Strategy, Finance, Product Management, Sales Operations, Employee success and Recruiting to establish trusted relationships.
- Grow and manage a team of high performers, ensuring sufficient resources are in place to support business growth objectives.
- Develop a culture of strong execution in developing new accounts, expanding existing Platform customers and driving increased consumption into the installed base.
- Identify and manage new business channels and routes to market.
Who You Are:
- A 1st line sales leader with a proven track record in building complex matrixed sales organizations recognized for their culture and results.
- Day-to-day driving and managing a sales business with a strong cadence of deal closure; track record of consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Strategic sales experience and revenue achievement selling data enterprise software offerings while building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers.
- Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills.
- Excellent operational/analytical skills - reporting, forecasting, data analysis skills; operations management experience.
- Ability to span from Start-Up deal cycles to Enterprise pursuits.
- C-level engagement and negotiation, account strategy, domain expertise, executive selling, large deal management and team leadership.
