Senior Sales Leader Role: Focused on maximizing business growth, deepening client relationships, and enhancing customer lifetime value through effective sales strategies and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue expansion, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing sales performance in the Employee Health & Benefits domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to maximize retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Engage with senior executives (CXOs) to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
  • Provide expertise on Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
  • Cordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement.
  • Strategic and results-driven, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Holds an advanced degree from a prestigious institute, proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), and adept at using CRM and analytics platforms.
