
Sales Growth Executive

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expansion within Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Your primary objective is to develop and execute tailored sales strategies that foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with GCC needs
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and Polestar's service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions for GCC clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in GCCs, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Polestar's expansion in the GCC domain
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market demands within the GCC ecosystem
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on GCCs and professional services
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Engineering, AI, and EPM services and their relevance to GCCs
- Established network of decision-makers within the GCC industry
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals in a competitive environment
- Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
