Enterprise Account Manager Job Summary

VFM Systems and Services (P) Ltd is strengthening its sales team in Bangalore, India.

We have open positions for Enterprise Account Managers to spearhead sales efforts and drive revenue growth across IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of new enterprise account development, including strategic planning and execution of sales funnels aligned with business objectives.
  • Consistent meeting and exceeding of monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • End-to-end sales management for IT infrastructure, encompassing Managed Services, Data Center Solutions, Cloud, Network, NOC/SOC, and IT Security.
  • Customized IT staffing solutions, including resident engineer deployments tailored to client-specific project needs.
  • Lifecycle management of software licensing, subscriptions, and renewals across enterprise clients.
  • Oversight of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Device Uptime SLAs, FMS, Professional Services, and deployment of automation tools for service efficiency.
  • Strategic prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative selling approaches to secure new logos.
  • Maintenance of trusted relationships with CXOs and senior IT decision-makers to ensure alignment with business goals and customer success.
  • High-value contract negotiations balancing profitability with long-term customer value and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with key OEMs for solution design, pricing support, and deal closures.
  • Creation of impactful proposals and management of end-to-end responses to RFPs and RFIs ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
