Job Title: Business Strategy Execution Specialist

This is a high-level role that involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Cross-Functional Teams:

• Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute business initiatives.

Drive Accountability:

• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and limit risk exposure.

Review Strategic Approaches:

• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance.

Perform Assessments:

• Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define target states and develop roadmaps for achieving them.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience
  • Experience with corporate and investment banking
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience using IBM Blueworks and/or iGrafx
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to execute transformation projects and drive initiatives to completion
