Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Strategy and Business Development Manager. The Strategy and Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and liaising with internal teams to execute business strategies. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

- Experience in business strategy development and execution
- Ability in client relationship management and business negotiations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
- Proven track record in achieving business growth and development targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
