Lead Strategy Position

This is a high-level role that requires strong leadership skills and experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning. As a Lead Strategy professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute various programs, services, and initiatives.

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of business group's functional area or products.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Strong background in banking regulations and compliance.
  • Proven experience in policy and procedure management, including alignment with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards and requirements.
  • Assess and support the implementation of effective controls to mitigate identified risks.
Policy and Procedure Management:
  • Evaluate existing policies and procedures for alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update or develop policies and procedures to address compliance requirements.
Project Management:
  • Track, manage, and report on multiple projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and compliance initiatives related to policies and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Leverage data reporting tools for effective collaboration.
  • Prepare detailed and professional documentation using Microsoft Office.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
