Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Strategy Leader to drive our risk management initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development and execution, with experience working in fast-paced environments. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform risk management decisions
  • Communicate risk strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of hands-on strategy development and execution experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a top-tier institution
  • Deep experience in financial services required; payments industry experience advantageous
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
