Bengaluru | Level L8/L9

Budget: INR 45 Lakhs (Fixed + Variable)

This is a leadership role driving global risk & collections strategies to improve efficiencies, reduce delinquencies, and strengthen portfolio insights.

You will:


• Lead strategy, analytics, and digital transformation in collections


• Build frameworks to track KPls & performance


• Mentor and guide a high-performing analytics team


• Collaborate with leadership to shape risk strategy

You bring:


• 8+ years in risk/collections strategy or risk management


• Strong analytical skills; SAS/SQL preferred


• Leadership & stakeholder management experience


• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business
