Business Execution Senior Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the development and implementation of business execution initiatives across various functions. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and business line objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement.
  • Strategic Oversight: Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business Execution Experience: 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years Management or leadership experience.
