We are seeking a skilled Key Account Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our business footprint.
About the Role
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with C-level executives in the US market.
- Develop strategic partnerships through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls/meetings for our leadership team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align on target accounts and strategy.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident US-friendly accent.
- Prior experience in lead generation / business development for US B2B clients.
- Strong ability to engage decision-makers and handle conversations at an executive level.
- Driven, persistent, and comfortable with target-driven performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
