Job Title: CRM Manager

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Create automations, workflows, and reports to streamline processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users and enforce best practices for optimal CRM performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports to provide leadership insights into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and coaching team members.
