Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team and overseeing its performance. This involves managing the team's productivity, controlling shrinkage and attrition, and ensuring optimal retention.

  • Manage a team of sales associates effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control shrinkage and attrition of sales team, ensuring optimal performance and retention.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and tracking of low performers within the team.
  • Maintain timely reports related to team staffing, Average Handling Time (AHT), and other relevant metrics.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify training needs within the team and facilitate their completion in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to overall team development by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
