Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Team Leader, located in Pune. The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales agents, strategizing sales plans, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve mentoring team members, monitoring market trends, conducting property inspections, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. The successful candidate will also coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Customer Service skills and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales
- Understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using real estate management software
- Experience in the Pune real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree
