Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive in the Real Estate sector at CK Realty, located for Residential project in East of Pune. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, promoting properties, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client management, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in real estate market research and analysis
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry
