The Opportunity:

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations at the regional level, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. You will direct a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals.

  • Lead direct reports to achieve regional sales objectives
  • Develop weekly projections of sales and collections
  • Discuss resources required to achieve targets and provide necessary inputs
  • DIRECT selling operations in the region to achieve sales targets

You will also be responsible for monitoring sales closely, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize regional productivity. Additionally, you will manage administrative procedures such as stock movement and territory allocation to optimize regional productivity.

Requirements:
