Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Pune's real estate market, current trends, and competitive projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and English.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
  • Skilled in negotiation, closing deals, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, CRM systems, and online sales tools.
  • Must have own vehicle with a valid driving license.
