Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of maritime digitization. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in voyage optimization to lead our team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of analysts by setting examples and providing guidance.
• Track project performance and jump in to resolve issues as needed.
• Take charge of customer vessel's voyages and advise optimum routes and speeds in conjunction with customer's commercial needs and agreements.
• Analyze completed voyages and provide reports/feedback to both internal and external stakeholders including voyage performance and claims evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Min 4-5 yrs experience of relevant work experience in Voyage Optimization.
• Strong sailing experience as First Officer.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of analysts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track project performance and resolve issues as needed.
• Ability to understand the back-end processes employed on various functions of Smart Ship Hub optimization platform and be an overall expert for front-end and user interface.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
