Voyage Optimization Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our voyage optimization team.

  • Set examples for the team and track project performance.
  • Resolve issues and take charge of customer vessel's voyages.
  • Advise optimum routes and speeds in conjunction with commercial needs and agreements.
  • Analyse completed voyages and provide reports/feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support customer success teams during onboarding and scaling up existing customers.
  • Understand back-end processes employed on various functions of the optimization platform.

This role will have a direct impact on fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. You'll work with new technologies coming to the maritime sector, applying them to help the industry grow.
