Job Title: Maritime Voyage Optimisation Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our maritime voyage optimisation team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for guiding the team in their pursuit of excellence and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

  • Voyage Planning and Optimisation: Lead the development and implementation of advanced voyage planning strategies to maximise fuel efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance overall vessel performance.
  • Team Management: Oversee the daily activities of the team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse completed voyages to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for further development, providing actionable insights to inform future decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in voyage optimisation or a related field
