Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Resource Optimization Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning people, processes, and performance to drive operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end resource planning strategies across global teams
  • Drive utilization improvement initiatives and optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate with delivery, HR, and TA teams for proactive capacity planning and forecasting
  • Create data-driven insights using Power BI dashboards to inform leadership decisions
  • Oversight of PMO governance, capacity adjustments, and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in resource management with 5+ years in dedicated roles
  • Proven expertise in PSA tools like Rocketlane, FinancialForce, or OpenAir
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization
  • A strong track record of stakeholder management and strategic impact
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
