Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed sales targets and optimize profit margins.
- Expand presence through partnerships and collaborations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Lead efforts to enter new markets and establish a strong regional footprint.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and tenders.
- Manage the order cycle: quotes, delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Support regional campaigns and promotions.
- Represent the company at trade events and exhibitions.
- Monitor performance and share insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Facilitate communication to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to regulations and geopolitics.
- Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams accordingly.
- 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East.
- A proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
- Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
