
Regional Development Specialist

This key role is responsible for driving the expansion of educational services across a designated region. The Regional Development Specialist will play a pivotal part in delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to acquire new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's mission.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, fostering strong relationships based on an understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support school growth through engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's goals, ensuring smooth transition to the account management team.
- Monitor progress regularly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales solution delivery, with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India sales and successful leadership of high-volume sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, closing deals, and customer relationship management are essential.
- Ability to travel across the designated territory or zone is necessary.
