Key Account Professional

The primary role of this position is to serve as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments.
  • Assist in daily operations related to client projects.
  • Interface between clients and internal teams at the firm.
  • Responsible for client meetings, briefings, presentations, and retention efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple points of contact at the client's organization.
  • Conduct market/category research and analysis, providing strategic inputs to support clients' growth.
  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of marketing communication strategies, plans, and creative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
  • Digital literacy.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 year of experience in an Account Executive (Client Servicing) role.
  • Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

About the Position:
