Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet key performance indicators.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM or client management tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
