Job Title: Client Acquisition Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Banking/Financial Services/Insurance sector.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while also actively prospecting for new customers through various channels, including database research, networking, and referrals.

In this role, you will be expected to work closely with our internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure that our sales practices remain compliant and effective.

A successful Client Acquisition Manager will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They will also possess a deep understanding of the Banking/Financial Services/Insurance sector, as well as a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beyond account management responsibilities, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product specialists and operational teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA or Graduate degree with 2-5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets an added advantage.
  • MFD Certified.
