About the Role:
As a seasoned Senior Client Servicing Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to execute successful marketing initiatives, manage top-tier client relationships, and provide expert guidance on brand strategy and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses, markets, and competitors to inform campaign planning and optimization.
- Provide strategic guidance on brand management, market trends, and industry insights to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with creative teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative campaign solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a digital/creative agency.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting or exceeding client expectations, and contributing to business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or similar productivity software.
