We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and drive project success.

  • Manage Client Accounts: Develop strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs.
  • Understand Client Requirements: Gather and analyze client briefs to comprehend their objectives, preferences, and expectations.
  • Coordinate Project Execution: Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and meet client expectations.
  • Present Proposals and Reports: Prepare and present advertising proposals, campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance analytics to clients.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on market trends and consumer insights.
  • Resolve Issues and Conflicts: Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build engaging client presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Slides.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
