Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leaders to serve as a liaison between clients, focusing on team revenue and providing high levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams, driving successful outcomes through meticulous planning and efficient resource utilization.
  • Delve into client research needs, crafting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive briefing and training programs for data collection teams.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and ethnographies to gather qualitative insights.
  • Maintain strict quality control over data collection, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
  • Present actionable solutions to data collection teams and deliver insightful qualitative analysis and reporting to clients.
Client Servicing:
  • Establish seamless communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide relevant market information and ensure client comfort with local markets.
  • Proactively address client concerns, offering practical solutions.
  • Participate in field visits, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Able to derive qualitative insights and construct compelling research reports for clients.
  • Comfortable with travel across regions for project management and client visits.
  • Previous experience servicing international clients is highly valued.
