Project Coordination Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, incorporating all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Establish a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess a great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Demonstrate proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Exhibit a solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excel in client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is highly desirable.
  • Showcase solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
