Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our team and drive project outcomes in Haryana.

About the Role

As a Program Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the central team and primary point of contact for interventions in Haryana;
  • Managing stakeholders, including senior officials, funders, partners, and state governments to achieve project outcomes;
  • Ensuring successful project implementation and stakeholder management;
  • Acting as the single point of contact for critical project decisions across states;
  • Cross-functional support is essential, leading collaboration across teams to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment within Haryana initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred;
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries;
  • Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making;
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute strategic and short-term project plans;
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, including the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational landscapes;
  • Capacity to work under pressure with tight timelines, adapt to changing project requirements, and ensure timely deliverables;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, particularly in the context of education and non-profit sectors.
