Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven project coordinator to support our Agile software development teams.

  • This individual will have excellent communication and documentation skills, with a strong background in coordinating and managing projects in an Agile environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with Agile principles and practices.

This role involves facilitating collaboration, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and escalating issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Agile software development projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal Agile teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation, ensuring up-to-date information is available for all team members.
  • Track sprint progress, impediments, and escalate issues to the project management team for resolution.
  • Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting Scrum or Kanban teams, and contributing to the development of project artifacts.
