  • Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback to provide insights for service improvement and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and legal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
