We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to excel in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and providing accurate resolutions.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist clients in the home-buying process, guiding them through documentation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication and enhance overall customer engagement.
- Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback to provide insights for service improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
