Job Title

A Silver Service Representative role has opened up at our Pitampura office.

About Us

We are a fast-growing 9 to 5 silver jewelry brand, disrupting the traditional market with modern designs and certified sterling silver products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make confirmation calls for address verification on COD/prepaid orders.
  • Manage customer interactions across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer insights and feedback to help us improve our products, packaging, and overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers until resolution.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a delightful customer journey.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Highly active, energetic, and empathetic – with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Comfortable with phone support, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
  • Able to work onsite, 6 days a week at our Pitampura office.
