Lead Dayforce HCM Implementation

We seek an experienced professional to drive the global implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) System. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining HR processes, and delivering exceptional support to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with IT leaders and business stakeholders to understand their HCM needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the Dayforce HCM, including implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows within the Dayforce platform.
  • Conduct thorough testing of system changes and new functionalities to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training and guidance on system usage.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce HCM, including implementation and support.
  • Proven experience in HRIS or HCM administration and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
