Requirements
  • 8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications
  • Domain experience in Platform Engineering and support, Site Reliability Engineering, Architecture, Branch Banking, and Become a Customer portfolios
  • 8+ years of experience with Agile practices
  • 5+ years of experience with systems architecture
  • Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and automation
  • Knowledge and understanding of application testing methodologies, tools, and execution
  • Ability to influence and build support for strategies across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • A Master's degree in computer science or engineering
  • Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to communicate powerfully and prolifically with experience communicating complex technical information and value/impact in simple terms to senior and executive leaders
  • Highly skilled leadership capabilities including experience building, leading, and engaging high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
