Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation.
  • Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, and provide actionable insights to the business team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in the automation of CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
