We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Senior Customer Service Representative.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email support.
- Problem Solving - Work independently to utilize expertise and experience in resolving customer issues.
- Collaboration - Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills - Excellent business communications skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support.
- Technical Requirements - Laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Software Proficiency - Proficiency in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc.
Our recruitment process involves several stages, including:
- Initial Screening Interview - Initial screening interview in our India office.
- Head Quarter Office Interview - Head Quarter (Canada) office interview.
- Trial Period - Trial period for one week or two weeks.
Job Types: Full-time, Work from home. Timing: Mon-Fri - 9 hours between 5:30 pm to 9:00 am, Weekend availability, US Shift.
