Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Customer Advocate to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the post-sales journey. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate closely with logistics, documentation, and finance to provide prompt resolution to customer concerns.
  • Share regular shipment updates, delivery timelines, and documentation status with customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align on customer expectations and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
