Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and working closely with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Assist customers with product usage and provide guidance as needed.
  • Manage customer data import/export from production systems.
  • E nsure accurate updates of customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential data according to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product content.
  • Generate reports from multiple systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to translate business requirements into lay terms.
  • Strong documentation and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with cloud-based products.
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
