The Role:

Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Professional to drive sales growth for our Loan Against Property business. You will be responsible for managing sales from cross-channel and open market, ensuring unilateral growth by adding new branches and managing the Direct Sales team.

  • Manage sales for Loan against Property business from cross channel and open market
  • Ensure unilateral growth by adding new Branches
  • Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity Marketing and encashing catchment areas
Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including Builders, RMs, and other internal teams to ensure seamless business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working capital management
  • Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets
  • Project approvals of Builders
  • Ensuring additional revenue generation through cross sell Multi selling of Insurance CASA Credit Cards etc
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Home Loan Mortgage Sales with DMA DST Bank Branches Customer relationship management skills Sales and service orientation
  • Graduate MBA qualification
