Location: Noida(WFO)
Budget: 19 LPA includes 20 % Variable Pay.
Work timings - 6pm-3 am ( 3 AM , one side cab will be provided)
Skills Set: cold calling, networking, potential & existing clients, IT Service Industry, USA clients., MS Office and CRM software.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategic methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential & existing clients.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of IT Service Industry.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Assists in the completion of monthly & Yearly targets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management/ Sales or other relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with IT Service Industry.
- Strong client relationship management skills, Excellent negotiation & convincing
skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good amount of experience working for USA clients.
- Should be well versed with data mining tool and Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Comfortable working in US time zone.
