Job Title: Sales Leadership Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and generate quality leads.
  • Forecast sales performance and present reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 7 years of team management experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
