Strategic Sales Team Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to drive our sales team's performance and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow property sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and support sales campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle escalated client concerns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years in real estate sales, with 3-6 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
