We are seeking an experienced training professional to join our team as a Soft Skills Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the soft skills of our employees, improving their ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, training methodologies, and coaching or mentoring. They will be able to analyze data, create reports, and evaluate training effectiveness. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting training programs on communication, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, and team collaboration.
- Duplicating induction training and refresher sessions tailored for business process outsourcing (BPO) employees.
- Evaluating training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback.
- Developing content and exercises relevant to the BPO/customer service environment.
- Cultivating employees to improve customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
