We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a culture of engagement, and support business growth through effective people management.

Job Description:

The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for driving organizational outcomes through effective people strategies. This includes partnering with business leaders to understand priorities and implement solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive value and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define an organizational design and culture that supports growth and employee engagement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving retention, performance, and employee experience.
  • Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving demands through talent development initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
  • Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance.
  • Provide a comprehensive on-boarding and induction experience for new employees.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Support the leadership team on HR-related matters, including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and HR expertise.
  • Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
  • Capable of developing HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
