Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.

  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, user stories, use cases, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Apply domain knowledge from industries such as healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, and retail to collaborate with architects and subject matter experts for industry-specific solution design.
  • Leverage cross-industry insights to enhance business process understanding.
  • Demonstrate expertise in enterprise platforms like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Power Platform, and Azure AI.
  • Translate business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into reporting/dashboarding requirements using Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact on digital transformation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, stakeholder communication, business process mapping, and experience in at least two major industry domains with solid business process understanding.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
