Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics NAV/Business Central, a strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical solutions within Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
  • Analyze business requirements and customize, extend, and integrate Dynamics NAV/Business Central using AL, C/AL, and extensions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other business applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Implement and support systems, ensuring seamless upgrades/migrations.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics NAV/Business Central development and technical consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Skills:
  • Technical expertise in AL and C/AL programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics NAV/Business Central architecture and customization.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, and third-party integrations.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
