Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team at MagicDecor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and query management skills, with the ability to provide continuous support to customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide technical and product support via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and Whatsapp.
- Systematically escalate problems to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to develop product knowledge and improve processes.
- Ownership to improve processes by analyzing escalated cases and working cross-functionally to reduce resolution time and improve the customer experience.
- Support ad-hoc audits and internal control initiatives on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer interaction, and Negotiation.
- Experience in the field of Interior Design, Insurance, Healthcare, or E-Commerce is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in handling customers, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
