Job Summary:
Mahindra Rise is seeking a skilled Customer Care Manager to lead our dealer network in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring dealer manpower availability, training, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Manpower Management: Ensure adequate manpower availability and training for dealerships.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training plans to enhance dealer skills and knowledge.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and CAPS improvement.
- Workshop Processes: Ensure process parameters are in place at workshops, adhering to business development processes.
- Dealership Profitability: Ensure target achievement by adhering to yearly business plans and customer retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mechanical/Automobile/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Core Automotive customer care experience of 3-8 years.
- Critical skills in identifying customer needs, territory coverage optimization, and customer care management.
